Unpaid invoices and judgments, handled by collection attorneys.
We represent businesses and individuals who are owed $7,000 or more. California attorneys, contingency-based: if we don’t recover, you owe us no attorney’s fee.

How it works
1. Free case review
Send us the basics: who owes you, how much, and your invoices, contract or judgment. An attorney reviews the claim, tells you plainly whether it is worth pursuing, and explains the fee before you commit.
2. Attorney demand letter
We contact the debtor on law-firm letterhead and give them a clear deadline to pay or arrange a plan. Many debtors respond differently to an attorney than to an agency, and you approve any settlement.
3. Lawsuit and enforcement
If the debtor still won’t pay, we can file suit and, once we have a judgment, use California’s enforcement tools: bank levies, wage garnishment, liens and debtor examinations. Results depend on the debtor’s assets.
Every case is different; timelines and outcomes depend on the debtor and the facts.
